Sarah, Erick, Emma and Tyson had been friends since they met at high school. They did everything together and when it came to their ambitions for the future they shared these too, all four of them having a passion for medicine.
After seven years of hard study they each graduate in specific areas of medicine and before long all four are working together at the same New York hospital. Soon, Tyson and Emma marry on the very same day as Sarah and Erick and it isn’t long before Tyson and Emma’s daughter, Isabella, is born.
But their seemingly perfect lives are about to experience an event that will completely alter their situation when Tyson and Emma are involved in a serious accident and ask for their friends’ help for the future of their daughter.
