The Hart Method:

Discovering Your Joy, Power, 

and Freedom Through Movement


"The Hart Method" is titled after my own personal life experience. I experienced a trauma that landed me in a deep depression where I felt disconnected from myself and life. I feel that at some point in our life, we all experience trauma. Without the proper guidance, we may fall deeper into a hole that feels almost impossible to come out of. "The Hart Method" is made up of 8 principles that we all innately possess but have forgotten. Once we re-incorporate these fundamentals, we will feel more connected to ourselves, and when we reconnect to ourselves, we can feel connected to our environment. "The Hart Method" may be the practical guide that makes all the dots connect, from our body to mind, to the environment, and to life.
