Pecker Tracks

It’s 1979 and fifteen-year-old Ronny and his pals are all virgins. In fact, they’ve rarely spoken to real, live females. That all changes when Mary Ellen comes to town. Ronny and his friends, six-fingered Melv and mutton-chopped Butch, are charmed by the Texas girl who is staying with her aunt for the summer.

Mary Ellen, a year older than the boys, is beautiful and confident—two things the boys are not—and seemingly out of their league. She befriends the trio who find themselves tumbling over each other for her affections, all the while doing what they do best: fishing for lunkers, catching frogs, evading the cops, and jamming to seventies rock anthems.

Ronny appears to be winning the race, and falls the hardest for Mary Ellen. Their relationship blossoms as the summer progresses, but Ronny begins to suspect everything is not as it seems. His suspicions are confirmed the day after Mary Ellen leaves town when Ronny learns of a gut-wrenching deception. And later, he’ll discover an even greater surprise.

What It Takes: A Dirt Road Love Story

by Sonya Loveday

Gracen Lowell is on the hunt for a man—but not just any man. He has to be ‘the one’. Her only problem is that no one she’s dated has ever measured up to the charming qualities of her best friend.

Slade Owens knows no matter how much he loves Gracen, he’ll never be what she’s looking for. And he dang sure isn’t going to stick around to watch her fall in love with someone else. Slade leaving the Owens’ family farm for an out-of-state job should put enough distance between the two to allow him to move on with his life and Gracen to search for her happily-ever-after.

Gracen knows asking him to stay isn’t fair. Slade thinks leaving her behind is the only thing to do. Inexplicably drawn together, the best friends must decide if they have what it takes to own up to their feelings… before it’s too late.

So she impulsively decides to move to the island to pursue her dream of becoming a professional artist.

While Abbey is determined to break past Josie’s disagreeable attitude, friendships come easily for her at her job at a web design and graphics firm. The Baby Chronicles:

Where You Were Before you Were

by Beatrice Bruno

The Baby Chronicles is the story behind the scenes of creation of four “pre-born” baby girls who eventually meet in the US Army: Beverley, Emmaline, Joyce, and Margarette Ann. Although many of the pre-borns you meet are excited about the prospect of having an “Earth assignment,” at least three of the main four would rather stay in Heaven with Abba. They don’t want to carry out their mission on Earth, especially with the families they have been assigned to. If you have ever wondered where you were before you existed on Earth this book will give you pause to think of the possibilities you had before you were even born.

Voyage of the Soul

by Brett A. Reif

It wasn’t that long ago that the world we live in was run differently. Some of the past still surrounds us, but is much less prevalent. The world of which I speak was controlled by money and power. Those who had it suppressed the weak and poor. The suppressed had no choice but to abide by the suppression. This show of power existed in every aspect of life, from love to war. During this time, bias and prejudice were ways of life. The wealthy did as they pleased. They married to keep status. This still happens today, but not to the same extent. Many were forced to learn to love, rather than be free to find it as were the poor. The poor could find their mate, rather than be forced into an arranged marriage. Love and life were very much dependent on the class into which you were born.
This book is the story of a man, who wished to be his own man. He knew his place in this world wasn’t what was given or laid out before him. Jacque wished to make his own way. During his exploits, he found himself onforeign and biased soil. This is where his life would change; it would begin. He fell in love with a woman he was forbidden to marry. Their love for each other carried them to places neither of them thought possible, both good and bad. This is a story not just about love, but life. Unfortunately, it is honest and true, for life is filled with as much happiness as it is pain. Here is Jacque, a Frenchman, who loved Elizabeth, an Englishwoman, and their story.

Like their Viking ancestors, their life is full of trolls and Hidden People and the daily chores around the farm. Didda loves climbing the cliffs to collect bird's eggs but would rather face a troll than Grandpa's nasty-tempered cow named Old Red. The Icelandic frontier real-life hardships she faces teaches her to value every day.

5.0 out of 5 starsIf you buy just one book on self publishing (and Amazon Bestselling) I recommend you this one.
ByVassia Sarrion May 1, 2017
Format: Kindle EditionVerified Purchase

I am a book coach, and I have read all that there is on Amazon when it comes to book publishing. This is the only book that gives ALL this detailed information, step by step process, as well as a huge amount of resources that you could never find alone even if you tried for ages - and to be honest - not many other authors accept to share (or they don't know about). In addition to this, the author is very modest, she admits that if she had not all this help from her daughter and her launching team, she would not succeed an Amazon bestseller status. If you bought just one book on book publishing and promoting, I would strongly recommend this one.
