The Healing Power of Words:

The Healing Power of Words:

Poems for Healing and Finding Strength After Loss

110 beautifully crafted collection of poems exploring the complex and often overwhelming experience of grief and loss.

Each poem is a thoughtful and evocative expression of the pain, confusion, and despair that often accompany loss, as well as the beauty, resilience, and hope that can be found in the journey of healing.

From the opening lines of the book, readers are invited into a space of deep feeling and reflection, where words are used to give voice to the myriad emotions that arise in the wake of loss.

Throughout, the language is spare, precise, and poignant, giving readers a sense of the raw emotional power of grief.

Each poem speaks to the heart of what it means to be human, and offers a way to connect with the depths of our emotions and find meaning in our pain.

In the end, "The Healing Power of Words: Poems for Healing and Finding Strength After Loss" is a powerful testament to the enduring power of words to heal, inspire, and uplift us in times of need.

This book is a must-read for anyone who has experienced loss, and for anyone who seeks to understand the human experience of grief and find a way forward towards healing and renewal.

Our Stories: Tales From The Jail And Other Uniform Stories

Our Stories:

Tales From The Jail And Other Uniform Stories

If you were to ask someone in the general population what a corrections officer does, they would probably base their answer on what they’ve seen on the news, television shows, or in the movies. The reality is that news media and the entertainment industry poorly represent the everyday job of corrections officers and first responders in general. The reality of who we are and what we do is an everyday mixture of tension-filled moments consisting of boredom, hilarity, heartbreak, shock, fear, and all the other emotions that a person can go through. In between the covers of this book are stories from the people who wore the uniform and did the “job” as well as the effect that being in the uniform can have on the person wearing it.

You will read true firsthand accounts told by the men and women working in jails, penitentiaries, police officers, and the military. These stories tell how they maintain their professionalism and calm demeanors when faced with life-and-death situations. You will laugh at the silly antics and unbelievable situations they have witnessed and possibly cry over the tragedies they have faced. Moreover, you will read about the good people who want to make a difference in the world as well as those who have no right to wear the uniform. This is not a book about the crimes that landed people in jail, it’s about the people who choose to work with those that society has placed in their care.

The Game

The Game:

Winning by Virtue One Move at A Time

In her book The Game, love and relationship expert, Princess Merrilee simplifies the complexity of love by using logic and reason to play a game where human behavior is divided by rules and pieces to help the player identify where love is and where love is not. Love is represented by the virtuous pieces on the board to help the player with self-awareness, patience, critical thinking, and discernment. By using only the pieces on the board, the player is able to slow down, consider, and be purposeful before responding to life situations. She further explains “THE FIVE GATES” to recognizing your player by breaking down how individuals assess their relationships whether they be for personal or professional gain. The first two gates, she demonstrates, are the only two entered for most people and is the reason why so many relationships fail. Honor, integrity, faith, and patience are among the virtues that make up the pieces. The Game is for anyone seeking to heal past relationships, gain further understanding of human behavior, become a loving partner, lead a conscious organization, and maintain an elevated and complex understanding of self-mastery. Players will experience a heightened level of self-worth, a clear vision of purpose, and attract favor when they make love their answer.

MIND: PSYCHOLOGY The Untold Story of How Your Mind Works

This is a book about the most important discoveries in psychology.   Not the bleached bones of the studies in a textbook, but what has been left out of our textbooks.  From Genius to Suicide Bombers, from Science to Sex, we will cover the most censored facts in psychology.

At the witch trials in Salem, when the girls began to shriek “Witch, Witch!”, adrenaline and cortisol would have shot into the blood of those who watched.  Neurotransmitters would have surged through their brain.  Their brain waves would have jumped from 12 to 30 cycles per second.   A P300 brain wave would have screamed “ALERT!”.   Their GSR spiked.  Their heart jumped.   A chill went up their spine.

We know this because today, the same thing happens in America among theater goers in a movie from Hollywood about witches, zombies, demons, a scary “Chucky” doll, and more.   As adrenalin and cortisol shoot into your blood, neurotransmitters surge through your brain, your heart jumps, and it grabs the immediate attention of your brain, as you watch the Zombie apocalypse in a theater.  In varying degree, that applies to politics, interpersonal relations, peer group pressure, anxiety, love, depression, and every new witch hunt.

Psychology controls the biology in our brain.  If we fail to understand this, we cannot understand how the human mind works. The failure to understand that, has led to the media preoccupation with claiming it is all in your DNA or biochemistry.

The same use of words to trigger emotions happens daily, not just in our movies, but in our politics of hate, our social media (with kids cyberbullying other kids to the point of suicide), our evening news.   Yet we have little understanding of the force of words on our own mind.  The media’s preoccupation with exalting DNA and biochemicals in your brain has ignored the fact that these “hi-tech” wonders explain nothing about how the mind actually works.

• New Evidence: How learning "hardwires" the brain for language, emotion, culture, sex....

• The Brain: How experience controls the biology of the brain: Adrenalin, Cortisol, and Neurotransmitters flood the brain in response to words, Hollywood horror movies, anxiety-producing thoughts, and the girls shrieking “Witch, Witch!” at the Salem witch trial...

• Quest for the Mind Code; how the mind is programmed by the environment.

• MInd Control is an everyday occurrence. Psychology’s General Theory of Relativity; Kamikaze pilots, suicide bombers, celebrity, Tank Killing dogs, sex, and Sacred Cows.

•The Success of Genius is not about the brain, it is about learning how to think. How the greatest minds in history made their discoveries, in their own words

• Cogito, ergo, cogito cogito: I think, therefore, I think, I think. The fact that we can think has created the illusion that we do think. Test yourself.  Perception determines our reality.

• What the greatest minds in psychology know about how the mind works. Understanding how the mind works gives us the potential to control our own mind, just as Einstein’s understanding of the atom gave us the potential to control the atom. We are far behind in that understanding.

Be Epic: Integrity Always ®️

Learn how you can achieve anything you ever wanted and be truly epic, all with the right mindset!

The book was written over 20 years of love, passion and wildness.

This story soon evolved into being more than that, to become the story of a man who lived in three worlds as a troubled youngster to a successful businessman.

Having lived amongst the wealthy crowd, common folks and an underworld of darkness, Arash Rezaei over time learnt that there are many lessons or even ideas, but the basis of all logic points to one clear understanding brighter than any other.

And that is that every action is based on a right or wrong belief from the perspective of the person acting.

Thus limited to the real understanding of what truly is correct as their limitations are the edge of understanding to them.

Order your copy now and discover your inner epic, today!

SPOILS OF WAR:

SPOILS OF WAR:

A Soldier in a Billionaire's Battles with the Russian Oligarchs Who Placed Vladimir Putin in Power

The first-person account of an American intelligence officer working in Moscow for a billionaire investor during the privatization of the Russian economy and Vladimir Putin’s rise to power. The turbulent period following the dissolution of the Soviet Union was a pivotal moment in history, offering an incredible opportunity to reset East-West relations after seventy years of hostilities embodied by the Cold War. But something went awry. Russia’s brief flirtation with democracy was undermined by massive corruption, greed, weak institutions, and the blind ambition of a political leader seeking to restore Russia’s lost status as a global superpower. SPOILS OF WAR provides a unique window into the underlying political and economic factors enabling a small group of oligarchs to gain control of the country's wealth and power before losing it all to an aspiring dictator. The book blends the perspective of Russia's biggest foreign investor seeking huge profits with the observations and analysis of an intelligence officer assigned to protect his employer’s interests.
