Victoria Allen knows that the untold riches of her childhood will never cover the scars of pain and neglect. The scars that reveal themselves as a deep, powerful resentment toward her mother. The scars that will lead to a choice to abandon the supposed safety and security of her affluent upbringing. The scars sparked a rebellion, urging her to become a mother herself as she decides to raise her daughter in a poverty-stricken household. Victoria’s seemingly noble decision quickly goes awry, leading to chaos as she embarks on her journey of motherhood. This mothercare nightmare, Mothermare, is a story of determination, tragedy, and the invaluable lessons learned about life, family, and the impacts of classism.

Additionally, Sid, the star of the story, presents a likable and relatable character that Anusjka plans to feature in future books.
An excerpt from “Sid the Kindest Kid: Sweets, Sweets, Sweets”:Sid went silent for a while, probably thinking about whether he should share his sweets, as he had been waiting all week for them.

Covid19 came to decimate our lives and forced us to reboot and re-prioritize our lives. Born into a spiritual family, I decided to return to my roots and search deep within my soul for the questions I have had for many years.I pondered, I mused and then one night, when the fear was consuming me, I returned to God, the Almighty. Lying helpless, feeling the despair, I introspected. I opened up the third eye within my soul and searched for God. I looked back at my life. And I wrote on pieces of paper. It seemed the words and emotions were welling from bosom, as if they had been trapped for decades. Now, I share them with you. My inspiration is my family and my guide are the Sufis who show is that the way to the Divine is through the heart. I present to you, the musings from my heart. Anila Aliwww.anilaali.com

She had been sitting there, cold and perturbed. Her eyes had bugs under them, suggesting that she had not caught any sleep that night. She had been staring on the ground, with her pupils dilated. It was clear to see that her mind had been wandering in only places that she knew best. Having seen and ignored her for a whole thirty minutes, a policewoman walked up to her from the reception desk. As far as she was concerned, the strange woman could have been a psychopath, or a suicide bomber sent on a mission to take the whole department down. And Alicia was not going to take any chances.
“Ma’am, how can I help you?” Alicia asked in a tone that was enough to drive the frail woman
back to reality.
"Uhm, what?” she responded, having not heard what this policewoman was saying to her.
"I asked, how can I help you, ma’am?” Alicia was patient enough, so she repeated her question.
“They took him. Finally, they came for him and went away with him,” the woman began to weep.
Alicia was confused, for she didn't understand what this woman was saying, “Ma’am, who took whom?"
They were like four robots, but I could tell that they were people from how they spoke. Their speed was like that of a deer. They had large drones, and those were what they used to fly away with. They knocked me down in our apartment before they left. They also left me a note," the woman said as she kept quiet to catch a breath.
“What is your name?”
