Dr. La Toshia Palmer holds an earned Doctorate of Education and Organizational Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brandman University. In addition, she holds a second Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley and is registered as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
